2. Booking and Scheduling

To schedule a service, customers must contact us via phone or our online booking system. Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed once a booking is successfully processed. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Receipts are provided for all transactions.

Late Payments

In the event of a late payment, a service fee of 5% of the total amount due may be applied for each week the payment is overdue.

4. Service Agreement

By engaging our services, the customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the property and areas to be cleaned. Any special instructions or requirements should be communicated clearly at the time of booking.

Access to Property

The customer must ensure that we have access to the property and the areas to be serviced. Any delay or cancellation due to lack of access may result in additional charges.

5. Liability and Insurance

Pressure Washing Seven Sisters is fully insured for liability and workers' compensation. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed prior to the service. Customers are responsible for informing us of any potential hazards or special conditions at the property.

Damage to Property

While we take utmost care to prevent damage, accidental damage may occur. In such cases, we commit to rectifying the issue promptly at no additional cost to the customer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide access to the property and necessary utilities.
  • Ensure the removal of any fragile or valuable items from the service area.
  • Communicate any specific instructions or preferences regarding the service.

Environmental Considerations

Customers are encouraged to assist in maintaining environmental safety by avoiding the presence of hazardous materials in areas to be cleaned.

7. Warranty and Satisfaction

We stand by the quality of our services. If the customer is not satisfied with the results, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please notify us within 7 days of service completion to resolve any issues.

Service Adjustments

Adjustments or rework may be scheduled at no additional cost, depending on the nature of the dissatisfaction and the availability of resources.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pressure Washing Seven Sisters operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

9. Changes to Terms

Pressure Washing Seven Sisters reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated via email or through our booking platform, ensuring that customers are aware of updates.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior notice in accordance with the cancellation policy. Termination for breach of terms may result in immediate cessation of services without refund.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the customer is responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination point.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action. We aim to resolve issues amicably and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.

Mediation Process

Both parties will select a neutral mediator to facilitate a fair and balanced resolution to the dispute. The costs associated with mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

Arbitration
